How to find and select the therapist for you and your unique needs
Choosing a therapist is more than someone who takes your insurance and is licensed to practice in your state. Searching for the right therapist can be daunting and depending on your needs may deter you from searching all together. This workshop will walk you through how to access therapy, budgeting and paying for sessions, and most importantly, identifying the right therapist for your unique needs. Learn from a therapist who's far from a normie (no matter how you define that word) where we can be found, tips for getting started, and what to do if it’s not going well.
