General MH 101/ Suicide Prevention
We all know someone who is struggling with their mental health. It can be hard to know what to say, how to offer help, and when that person may need more than what you can offer. During this 90 minute workshop with Q&A, learn how to be a supportive friend, partner, family member, or advocate for those with mental health struggles. Gain insight and understanding into what may be impacting them, what they may want to hear, and how to support in a healthy way.

This workshop will be about furries and normies, since sometimes the important person in our life happens to be a normie.
